KALLIS RESIDENCE - Lyle & Deb looked for a Kelowna House Designer to design and build them the perfect water ski getaway resort like estate home. Because of the riparian setback issues this hillside concept kept the original concrete foundation and added to it, to form a new family dream residence. Their love of water sports was a huge part of the development of this original new concept. We provided them with a ski storage locker and washroom down at the wharf level. The three storey home presented them with a flat, level driveway and entrance at the top floor. The entrance features a large hole open to the main living level below. The craftsman style of this home flows inside and out. The living level is all about the view and the lifestyle of playing outside. The basement level is there to serve the dock with a great family room and juice bar. We separated the large double garage from the main residence. Below the garage floor is a bonus guest suite with direct access out to a private green space. All in all this design was perfectly fitted to the way they liked to live.
