Paul is presented with the Queens Diamond Jubilee Medal for his work with Designated Driver DadsPaul Nesbitt is incredibly humbled to be presented with the Queens Diamond Jubilee Award for his work with Designated Driver Dads. First off, thanks to all the hard working men who have donated their hours working with Paul to make Designated Driver Dads a reality. We are extremely happy to know that more people are getting home safely because of the dedication of the men donating their time to make this possible.

Originally the idea for Designated Driver Dads came when Paul was watching a commercial from Ontario called Arrive Alive. His initial thought was, MADD is doing a great job getting the message out there but why are there only mothers doing this when dads care about seeing their kids get home safe too. After registering for a taxi License in Kelowna,...Canadian Designated Drivers Dads Inc. was born.

If you would like to learn more about the origins of Designated Driver Dads you can read this article here on Kelowna.com http://www.kelowna.com/2009/11/18/dads-hitting-kelowna-night-clubs-to-get-drunk-youth-home-safely/.
